Erin is a commercial litigator who represents corporate and individual clients in complex litigation, business negotiations, and investigations. She has extensive experience in mass torts, multidistrict class actions, financial services litigation, contract disputes, white collar criminal cases, and internal investigations. Erin’s experience in multidistrict class actions includes managing discovery that has taken place around the world. Designated an ESI liaison in one MDL proceeding, Erin negotiated the framework for preserving, collecting, and reviewing documents worldwide. She also prepared witnesses based outside of the United States for depositions and defended depositions. Erin is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6).
