Ken is a Principal in KPMG’s Risk Consulting practice and one of their national eDiscovery leaders. He has over 20 years of experience in both the U.S. Government and private industry. Ken advises clients on eDiscovery strategy and program development, and assists clients with negotiations, and in fulfilling their discovery obligations for litigation matters and regulatory inquiries. Ken has aided clients in some of the most significant crises in the history of their companies including multi-billion dollar product liability cases, environmental matters, trade secret litigation, and significant regulatory scrutiny. He has substantial experience in modeling burden associated with document production requests and articulating such in affidavits, during depositions, and at hearings. He has helped clients across various industries including Automotive, Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology, Media, and Telecom. Ken is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and joined KPMG in 2002 after serving 10 years on active duty in the USAF where he conducted criminal and counterintelligence investigations as a Special Agent in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
