Mary Rose is a corporate commercial litigator. She has extensive experience representing aviation, energy, telecommunications and manufacturing clients in state and federal courts and in state regulatory proceedings and arbitrations throughout the United States. Mary Rose co-founded the electronic discovery practice at Perkins Coie and has served on the faculty of the Sedona Conference’s eDiscovery Negotiation Training Program for a number of years. Previously, Mary Rose served as the U.S. Department of State Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Environmental, Health and Natural Resources where she managed international environmental negotiations and chaired the U.S.-Panama Joint Committee on the Environment.
