Dean has over 25 years of experience in all phases of litigation, including trial. Dean has worked as both in-house and outside counsel, and his cases have involved product liability, antitrust, accounting malpractice, and contract claims. Dean is a member of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
