Lauren is a Shareholder and E-Discovery Counsel at Littler Mendelson P.C., where she assists Littler lawyers and clients on all aspects of electronic discovery, including initial preservation obligations; developing strategies for efficient and effective data harvesting, review and production; implementing cost-shifting/cost-reduction strategies; and the admissibility of electronic evidence at trial. She regularly speaks and publishes on e-discovery, social media, privacy, and litigation technology issues. Lauren is the Chair of the ABA’s 11th Annual National Institute on eDiscovery and a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
