2017 Annual Meeting

The 2017 Working Group 1 Annual Meeting will be held at The Camby Hotel in Phoenix, AZ, on Thursday, Nov. 2 – Friday, Nov. 3, 2017. Please note that there will be a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, Nov. 1.

We have obtained a very favorable group rate at The Camby Hotel of $239 per night (plus tax) for a limited block of rooms on the evenings of Wednesday, November 1, and Thursday, November 2. There are also a limited number of rooms available at the prevailing government rate. This room block expires on September 17th. For those who wish to arrive early, leave late, or otherwise extend their stay, the group rate is available for three days preceding and three days following the dates of the room block, but subject to room availability. Accordingly, if you wish to book for additional nights, you should do so as soon as possible. Enjoy 10% off hotel spa services and complimentary access to the hotel’s onsite fitness center. Reservation information will be provided in your meeting registration confirmation email.

This annual meeting will be a critical step in moving WG1’s work product forward. Please plan to contribute to the dialogue. We are applying for 10.75 hours of MCLE credit, including Ethics and Diversity.

Back by popular demand, optional small group dinners at various local restaurants are being planned for the evening of Nov. 2nd! Sign-up sheets will be available at the welcome reception on Nov. 1st. Spots will be limited; don’t miss out!
