Kristen Marttila is a partner at Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP, based in Minneapolis. She primarily represents individuals and small businesses in lead counsel roles in antitrust, ERISA, and other consumer-oriented class actions nationwide. As a civil procedure nerd, she regularly writes and speaks on procedural issues in federal court and has served as a court-appointed member of the Federal Practice Committee of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. She was named a 2022 Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer, a Minnesota Super Lawyer in 2022 and 2023, and a Minnesota Rising Star from 2015-2020.
