Kelly is Counsel and a member of the Information Governance, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team at Norton Rose Fulbright. Her practice focuses on eDiscovery and cyber incident response. Kelly has a strong understanding of the technical aspects of eDiscovery and has significant experience using technology assisted review, analytics, and data mining tools. She is CEDS certified; a Relativity Expert; and a Brainspace Certified Analyst and Specialist. Kelly is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 and the All-Sedona Diversity Committee. She holds a B.A. with honors in Politics & Government from the University of Puget Sound and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Willamette Journal of Internal Law and Dispute Resolution and the Note and Comment Editor of the Willamette Law Review.
