Nichole Sterling


Nichole is an associate in BakerHostetler’s New York office, where she is a member of the E-Discovery Advocacy and Management team. Her practice focuses on litigation; electronic discovery and discovery management processes; privacy and data protection; and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Nichole focused on discovery in complex litigation at two other New York law firms. She was also a legal stagiaire for Judge von Danwitz at the Court of Justice of the European Union where her work focused on cases involving “the right to be forgotten,” data retention, and the Icelandic financial crisis. Nichole holds the CEDS eDiscovery specialist credential. She is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Groups 1, 6, and 11; serves as an associate editor of TYL, the publication of the ABA’s Young Lawyers Division; and is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s European Affairs Committee.
