Alan Devlin
Alan is Attorney Advisor to FTC Commissioner Maureen K. Ohlhausen, and an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law. He has authored two books, Antitrust and Patent Law (Oxford 2016) and Fundamental Principles of Law and Economics (Routledge 2014), and over thirty law-review articles. His writings appear in the Stanford Law Review, the Northwestern University Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the William & Mary Law Review, the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, and elsewhere. Alan received his doctorate in jurisprudence (J.S.D.) from the University of Chicago under the supervision of the Hon. Richard A. Posner. He also holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was Articles Editor for the Stanford Law Review, and a first-class-honors degree in business and law from University College Dublin. |
