Chester Day
Chester is senior litigation counsel at Google Inc. He has overseen worldwide patent litigation for Google's Mobile, Chrome and Apps businesses. Prior to joining Google in 2009, Chester worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in the Silicon Valley IP litigation group. His intellectual property practice focuses on litigation and licensing, especially in the areas of computer software and hardware, Internet, and open source technologies at the intersection of patent, copyright, privacy and antitrust law. Chester received his law degree from Harvard Law School, and he received a bachelor of arts and a bachelor of science from Stanford University. |
