Andrea is now Chair Emeritus of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 9 on Patent Damages and Remedies (WG9) after serving as Chair of WG9 and as Vice Chair for Working Group 10 on Patent Litigation Best Practices (WG10) for 2 years.
