Veronica has extensive experience representing and supporting clients regarding legal issues in the connected e-discovery, information governance, and privacy space. She has supported clients as a litigation associate, a consultant, and currently as in-house counsel. Veronica’s practice as an associate primarily focused on representing financial institutions, healthcare systems, and consumer product manufacturers. As a consultant, she developed solutions for legal obligations related to reactive and initiative-taking data management, including collaborating with legal and technical teams to create playbooks and strategies for responding to litigation and compliance requirements. In her current role as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase, Veronica implements e-discovery strategies and legal best practices for enforcement matters and internal investigations. She continues to build her knowledge and skill set by teaching courses and developing content for industry programs and events.
