Recognized internationally as the pioneer in the field of electronic evidence discovery, he is a frequent author of articles on the subject and has presented numerous lectures and seminars nationally on legal and electronic data issues. He is a former member of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
