Michael Lindinger

Mayer Brown

Mike is a senior associate in the IP group at Mayer Brown. His practice focuses on patent litigation in federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mike has litigated patent disputes in numerous technical areas, and manages complex multi‐defendant litigations from filing to trial. He has argued before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, second chaired jury trials, and is experienced in pretrial discovery. Before law school, Mike worked as a patent examiner. During law school, he was a staff editor for the John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law. He served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Thomas E. Hoffman of the Appellate Court of Illinois, First District, Chicago. Mike has been recognized as a DC Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2014, 2015, and 2016 for Intellectual Property.
