Jesse is Assistant General Counsel at Western Digital, where he oversees litigation cases involving trade secrets, patents, and commercial disputes on behalf of various Western Digital companies throughout the world. Prior to joining Western Digital in 2013, he litigated high-stakes intellectual property cases in Am Law 100 law firms. His experience includes representing a plaintiff in a trade secret misappropriation arbitration. In addition to his litigation responsibilities, Jesse is actively involved in training, advising, and instituting best practices to develop and maintain trade secrets, and ensuring that the company is in compliance with all trade secret laws., He is a regular speaker at bar events on topics ranging from employee diversity to patent law.
