Patrick is a partner in Weil’s Boston office where he practices in the Complex Commercial Litigation and White-Collar Defense & Investigations Groups. He has extensive trial experience covering a wide spectrum of industries and topics. His civil experience includes trade secrets, joint venture and partnership disputes, private equity investments, real estate and trust and fiduciary issues. In addition to trial work, Patrick represents clients in civil and criminal investigations and regulatory enforcement proceedings. He began his legal career by serving clerkships with the Honorable Francis J. Boyle of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the Honorable Neil L. Lynch of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
