Michael P. Elkon
Michael is a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office. His practice is based around helping companies both recruit talent from competitors and protect their confidential information and key relationships from unfair competition. He has substantial experience drafting and analyzing agreements containing restrictive covenants in all fifty states, as well as litigating cases for both plaintiffs and defendants involving restrictive covenant, trade secret, duty of loyalty, deceptive trade practice, and computer protection claims. Michael worked directly with the Georgia Legislature in connection with its drafting of its restrictive covenant statute that went into effect in May 2011. Michael is a 1997 graduate of the University of Michigan, and a 2000 graduate of the University Of Virginia School of Law. |
