Steve is the acting Director of Electronic Discovery and Forensics for Sony Electronics. He is a practitioner and manages the architecture, operations, and defensible compliance of eDiscovery in the Enterprise for a vast portfolio of litigations in North America, South America, Asia, and the EU. In his current role, he specializes in the development of processes, engineering, software design, and integration for eDiscovery and Forensic Analysis. Prior to his current position, Steve was a Managing Consultant for a services firm managing an EDiscovery processing lab, developed EDiscovery processing standards, and performed forensics analysis. He was the Director of Information Services for Lockheed Martin IMS where he developed and managed a local government Enterprise Network. Steve brings over 15 years of IT experience in the Aerospace, Financial, and Local Government industries, with a focus on information technology and security in Enterprise and Data Center environments. Steve is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Trade Secrets (WG12).
