David Seserman
David is a civil trial attorney in Denver, Colorado. He frequently makes presentations to attorneys on a variety of topics involving attorney ethics, trade secrets, electronic evidence, employment law, as well as electronic communications and privacy. David holds several leadership roles in the American Bar Association, where he is a member of the House of Delegates. In the GPSolo Division, David is a co-chair of the Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee and vice-chair of the Litigation Committee. In the Litigation Section, he is a co-chair of the Solo and Small Firm Committee. In the Colorado Bar Association, he is the Chair-Elect of the Litigation Section and a member of the Ethics Committee. David is one of the authors of the E-Discovery Best Practices for Small Cases Commentary Primer. David earned a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. |
