Jason Moore
Jason Moore is a Senior E-Discovery Attorney who focuses his practice on helping clients manage complex e-discovery issues, including litigation readiness, preservation obligations, analytic document review technologies, reasonable and proportional discovery efforts, deposition preparation, and discovery sanctions. Jason regularly advises Fortune 100 clients concerning discovery strategy and motions practice in the context of antitrust, complex commercial, health care, and product liability litigation, as well as regulatory and government investigations. Jason is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, the D.C. Bar’s eDiscovery Committee, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Jason writes and speaks often on topics touching on defensible preservation and electronic discovery. Jason is Co-Editor of Winston & Strawn’s eDiscovery Advantage newsletter and its well-regarded annual E-Discovery Case Law Update, a publication that summarizes significant judicial decisions and developments that impact the practices of eDiscovery, information governance, and privacy, and he recently was a co-author of “The Struggle to Achieve Proportionality Under Rule 26(b)(1)” in the Electronic Discovery Institute’s 2025 The Federal Judge’s Guide to Discovery (4th Ed.). |
