John P. Barry is Head of Weil’s Employment Litigation Practice Group. John has more than 25 years of experience advising companies – and their executives, directors, and HR leaders – on their most sensitive and significant restrictive covenant, trade secret, and employment matters.

A trade secrets expert, John regularly counsels clients and litigates matters across the country and internationally related to the protection of trade secrets, including when disputes arise in the context of restrictive covenant violations.

John received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University.
