Kim focuses his practice on commercial and class action litigation.  Prior to joining Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC, he served as a judicial extern clerk to The Honorable Eugene A. Wright, 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals Judge, and worked for the Seattle criminal defense firm of Allen & Hansen. He has been appointed special attorney general for Washington State, as well as lead and co lead counsel to manage numerous state, federal and multi-district class action matters. Kim maintains an active commercial litigation and eminent domain practice and has resolved many national class action cases in the nine-figure range.
