Brandon is a trial lawyer, specializing in high-tech patent, trade secret, and copyright intellectual property litigation in U.S. Federal Courts and at the International Trade Commission. He has managed trial teams, conducted cross and direct examinations in Federal Court, and argued summary judgment motions, discovery disputes, and other critical issues. Brandon’s successes in litigation have distinguished him as a “Litigator of the Week” by the American Lawyer for his recent trade secret misappropriation jury verdict on behalf of Motorola against Hytera, and as a Super Lawyers magazine “Rising Star” in Intellectual Property litigation in Northern California. He brings a strong technical background with him into the courtroom, which includes both academic and professional experience as a computer scientist. Apart from his law practice, Brandon serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Youth Leadership Institute.
