Mr. Justice Fred Myers is a judge on the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Over his eleven years on the bench, he has sat in every division of the court in Toronto Region. Fred served as a Co-Team Lead of the Civil Team through the pandemic. He is currently hearing cases on the Estates List. Fred was recently named one of Canada’s Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers for 2024 by Canadian Lawyer Magazine.

Prior to his appointment to the bench, Fred was a partner at Goodmans LLP and, before that, at Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. He practised civil litigation with an emphasis on insolvency and corporate restructuring.
