Rachel combines creative problem-solving with a keen ability to distill technical jargon into compelling narrative to advise clients on IP litigation in federal courts and strategic IP counseling. She handles patent and IP misappropriation disputes across a range of technology areas. A rising first chair, Rachel leads clients to commercial success in trial and appellate matters with pragmatism and efficiency. Rachel is a member of several prestigious legal associations and advisory councils, and has led successful diversity-focused recruiting initiatives for Latham. A recognized thought leader, Rachel frequently presents on IP litigation topics, including at the Federal Circuit Symposium. She clerked for Federal Circuit Judge Sharon Prost and former District of New Jersey Chief Judge Freda L. Wolfson. Rachel began her career in PR and media affairs at The White House. |
