Lindsey is an Assistant Attorney General at the Colorado Department of Law. Her practice focuses on data privacy and cybersecurity issues for the State of Colorado. She is a graduate of Colorado Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Colorado Technology Law Journal and a student attorney in the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law and Policy Clinic. During law school, Lindsey also worked as law clerk at Kissinger and Fellman and the Colorado Department of Law, and as an intern in AT&T federal regulatory practice.
