Andi has been an eDiscovery Program Manager on the Litigation team at Microsoft for almost 9 years and has been at Microsoft for 15 years. She currently manages eDiscovery data minimization projects, Legal Hold document retention database tool/processes, InPlace document source hold processes, relationships with key IT teams, and tracks internal eDiscovery benchmarking metrics. Andi has led cross-company virtual teams in building out repeatable/defensible processes related to data preservation and helped to educate individuals on those teams why data preservation is so important. Andi started her career as a CPA and later moved into Operations and Process Improvement (Six Sigma).
