Larry is Associate General Counsel, Privacy at Arete Incident Response. He leverages his experience in IT management and administration to oversee Arete’s global security and data privacy compliance efforts.  He is a contributor to two Sedona publications and is a former chair of the Technology Committee of the Litigation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.  Larry is an honors graduate of the Carey School of Law at the University of Maryland and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.  He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and holds the CIPP/E designation.
