Stephanie Mills is the Manager of Discovery Services in the Litigation Group at Cassels. She has extensive experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property law, franchise law, and class actions. Stephanie focuses on the strategic and efficient preservation, collection and review of evidence, preparation and attendance at discovery and trials, and drafting materials for Court. Stephanie specifically offers experience with the management of evidence as it pertains to discovery and trial preparation and frequently assists in lengthy hearings. In addition, Stephanie uses cutting edge technology such as Artificial Intelligence and Technology Assisted Review to achieve efficient and successful resolutions for clients.
