Michelle is a founding partner of Armond Wilson LLP. She represents clients in high-stakes intellectual property disputes and has prevailed as lead counsel in IPRs, district court litigation, and Federal Circuit appeals. Michelle is a media commentator, invited speaker, and thought leader in intellectual property law and has been recognized as a top practitioner by Managing IP, Benchmark Litigation, IAM, and Super Lawyers. She was previously partner and IPR practice group leader at a national IP firm. Michelle is a Caltech-trained electrical engineer, former Federal Circuit law clerk, and served as faculty for the Patent Resources Group’s Advanced Federal Circuit law course.
