Elizabeth is a Senior Manager in the Forensics & Integrity Services department at Ernst & Young GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany, where she provides legal and business consulting to multinational companies, especially with regard to US litigation.  Prior to moving to Germany, Elizabeth was an attorney at Carrington Coleman in Dallas, Texas, specializing in director and officer liability and professional malpractice ligation.  She received her JD from the SMU Dedman School of Law and is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6).
