As a Senior Associate in Arnold & Porter’s Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Strategy practice, Alex works with clients across industries to develop and assess privacy and cybersecurity programs, respond to data breaches, conduct internal investigations, and litigate privacy-related claims. Among many other matters, Alex has counseled clients on compliance with biometric privacy laws, including the implementation of facial recognition technology. He is keenly interested in emerging technologies and how they drive legal and societal change. Alex is a proud graduate of Vassar College and Fordham University School of Law, is admitted to practice law in New York, and has a pending admission to the California bar.
