Cameron has extensive experience litigating trade secrets cases across multiple states, federal districts, and countries. His experience includes litigating Defend Trade Secrets Act and Uniform Secrets Act claims in state court, federal court, and domestic and international arbitration representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He also has experience with internal investigations related to trade secrets issues and advising companies on policies related to trade secrets. He has managed and advised clients concerning their global trade secrets strategy related to issues and disputes occurring simultaneously across multiple continents and countries. Among Cameron's cases is a ruling obtaining preliminary injunction against a foreign corporation for misappropriation of a domestic medical device manufacturer’s trade secrets. He subsequently won in the United States Court of Appeals establishing new law concerning the extraterritorial application of the Ohio Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
