Mark is co-chair of Morrison & Foerster’s global IP Litigation Practice and cross-disciplinary Intellectual Property Group. Mark’s clients benefit from his more than 30 years of experience crafting litigation strategies in high-stakes patent and trade secret litigation. He has extensive experience navigating the rules and procedures in the nation’s top patent litigation venues, including U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Court of Federal Claims. Mark is also the current co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Strategy Committee, building on decades of experience leading law firm diversity and inclusion efforts. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Mark launched MoFoVets in 2019, an affinity group for employees who are active duty or retired military. He is a past president of AIPLA and an elected Fellows member.
