Mingli Shi
Mingli is a privacy attorney at Qualcomm, mainly covering privacy matters relating to US, EU, and Asia. Previously, she provided legal and policy research at several tech law and policy institutions, and practiced law at a law firm in China. She is also a frequent contributor to the Stanford-New America DigiChina Project and works with US and EU scholars to monitor and analyze China data regulations. Mingli received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where she focused on tech law and constitutional law, and a LL.B from Shanghai International Studies University Law School, majoring in International Commercial Law. She has been certified by CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM. |
