Nathanial McPherson is a trial litigator at the law firm Foley Hoag LLP.  Nate focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation matters trying trade secrets and patent cases in federal and state courts and before the International Trade Commission.

Drawing on experience that spans almost two decades and that covers a wide variety of technologies ranging from computer software, 3D printing, and consumer electronics to pharmaceuticals, gene therapies, and DNA sequencing, Nate approaches each case from the perspective of a seasoned trial litigator and works closely with clients to both investigate issues as they arise and develop strategies for successful outcomes, while seeking to minimize disruptions to the clients’ businesses.
