Cole is an Associate at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, focusing his practice on data privacy issues, white collar criminal defense, and an array of governmental investigations and enforcement matters. His experience also includes frequently advising organizations on questions of compliance and regulatory risk under federal and state data privacy laws. Cole previously spent time with the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, assisting with multiple cyber-related trials and investigations during his time as a Cybersecurity Scholar at NYU School of Law.
