Prof. Nicole Morris

Nicole Morris is a Professor at Emory University School of Law. There, she oversees an innovative technology commercialization program wherein law students work with technology innovators to transform research into economically viable products.  Nicole helps innovators and entrepreneurs identify their product’s value and create a marketplace advantage. Prior to Emory, Nicole practiced IP law for over eighteen years in large and mid-sized law firms. Nicole was Managing Patent Counsel for The Coca-Cola Company where she was responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s global patent strategy. She also worked as an engineer for six years with 3M and Eli Lilly and has over twenty-five years of experience working with consumer products and technology commercialization.  Nicole is a frequent speaker on innovation topics including the legal implications of technology, innovation strategy, and IP licensing.
