Melanie Müller studied law at the University of Bremen with a focus on International and European Business Law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Bremen.Since July 2021, Melanie Müller is working on her doctoral thesis on the topic of “Theory and expected practice of the relativization of injunctive relief pursuant to paragraph 139 PatG in the new guise (2nd Patent Modernization Act)”, in addition to her work as an attorney at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT.With effect from 01 May 2022, Melanie Müller has been appointed as a lecturer for industrial property rights at Bucerius Law School (BLS) in Hamburg.
