Michael Blank
Michael Blank is a veteran eDiscovery litigator with over a decade of experience currently serving as Corporate Counsel - eDiscovery at DISH Network. In this role, Michael supports DISH in all facets of eDiscovery, from information governance to document review and production. Michael is responsible for coordinating DISH's eDiscovery strategy for litigation and regulatory inquiries, including drafting and negotiating ESI protocols and protective orders and advising on complex ESI issues. He regularly counsels business leaders on matters related to privilege, document preservation and legal holds, and best practices for the collection, review, and production of ESI. Michael earned bachelor’s degrees in History from Columbia University and in Talmud and Rabbinics from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. He received his J.D. at Washington University School of Law. |
