Leveraging his deep understanding of technology, Ian has worked on some of the nation’s most significant data privacy cases, including the Marriott Data Breach case, the T-Mobile Data Breach case, the Equifax Data Breach case, and several biometric-privacy class actions. Ian has also drafted amicus briefs in significant data privacy and consumer protection cases for organizations such as the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
