Josh Stern is a partner in WilmerHale’s Washington D.C. office.  Josh’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial disputes in U.S. district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and International Trade Commission.  He has counseled major corporations and litigated matters related to a wide array of technologies including medical devices, small molecule and biologic pharmaceuticals, microprocessors, wireless location, and mobile phone software.  Josh is co-Chair of WilmerHale’s Post-Grant Proceedings Working Group.
