Benjamin serves as in-house eDiscovery advisor for Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft’s Global Discovery team. He has gathered experiences from previous corporate functions and leverages those when fulfilling his role as part of an in-house group that is responsible for global policies and procedures. He advises both in-house corporate business units and case teams on eDiscovery topics, with a particular focus on information technology and cross-border issues.  He picked up English from being an avid watcher of a certain British motoring show and holds a degree in Law and Business from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. He has also studied Law at URCA in Reims, France and has an active CEDS certification.
