Rachel counsels corporate clients in conducting internal investigations, evaluation of compliance programs, assessment of corporate risk, and the broad array of dispute resolution. Her cybersecurity and data privacy experience includes data breach assessment and response, global privacy compliance reviews, and drafting privacy, cybersecurity, and AI policies and procedures. She regularly counsels clients across industries on domestic and international regulatory frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation, California Consumer Privacy Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. As part of this advisory work, she also frequently assists clients engaging with US federal and state regulators, including the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.
