Brian is Discovery Counsel at Google, where he advises on discovery issues across Google's litigation docket. He also works closely with the Information Governance team and product engineers to assess retention and preservation policies. Before joining Google, Brian had over ten years of litigation experience at several nationally recognized law firms, with a focus on class actions and mass torts. He has worked on some of the largest antitrust and consumer protection class actions in recent history, including multidistrict car defect litigation, the generic pharmaceutical pricing antitrust litigation, and several billion-dollar financial fraud matters. He is based in Denver, CO, where he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and road trips to beautiful mountain towns.
