Brittany is a partner at Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a boutique plaintiffs firm located in Chicago, where she handles discovery in complex class actions. Brittany has managed and negotiated discovery in antitrust cases, product liability and warranty cases, BIPA, TCPA, and, most recently, pixel, data breach, and right of publicity cases in both state and federal courts across the country. She also teaches eDiscovery as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. She has been recognized as a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association for her commitment to pro bono work, and she was named a Minnesota Attorney of the Year in 2019 for her work on a pro bono case through the Minnesota FBA’s Pro Se Project.
