Robyn Jewel Shepard
Robyn has a dynamic background in eDiscovery, digital forensics, and legal analysis focusing on navigating complex data environments (i.e., GenAI), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest levels of data integrity. Beyond her legal career, Robyn brings a wealth of professional experience spanning medical devices, hazardous packaging, and retail analytics. Before transitioning to eDiscovery and digital forensics, Robyn served with the Wisconsin State Public Defender, where she addressed the scientific challenges of expert testimony, ensuring its accuracy and relevance in legal proceedings. She co-presented on probabilistic genotyping at the Wisconsin State Public Defender Annual Conference in 2023. Additionally, she is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) and holds advanced certifications in digital forensic investigation, IT service management, and information security. Robyn is a licensed attorney in Wisconsin. She earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where she had the opportunity to study Justus-Liebig University in Gießen, Germany. |
