Diana has been with the Antitrust Division since 2020 and is currently a Trial Attorney in the San Francisco Office. With over a decade of antitrust experience, Diana has been involved in notable antitrust litigation, including United States v. Google, LLC, Steves and Sons, Inc. v. JELD-WEN, Inc. and In re Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Antitrust Litig. During her time at the Division, Diana’s focus has been on civil matters involving technology companies and the digital markets. She is a recipient of the Assistant Attorney General’s Award of Distinction for her work on United States v. Google, LLC. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, Diana was in private practice where she specialized in antitrust and complex commercial litigation, including civil antitrust trials, merger control, and government investigations.
