Jocelyn Sum is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting and provides consulting services involving economic, financial, and valuation analyses to clients involved in litigation, arbitration, or mediation.  She has experience in calculation of damages and assessment of potential economic harm in both commercial disputes and intellectual property matters.  Ms. Sum’s experience includes matters involving breach of contract, irreparable harm, shareholder disputes, patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, false advertising, trademark infringement, and trade dress infringement. She has experience in creating analyses and assisting experts in the preparation of expert reports and related testimony in matters involving calculation of damages based upon lost profits, disgorgement, evaluation of Georgia-Pacific factors, and determination of a reasonable royalty. Her project experience spans a wide variety of industries, including software, telecommunications, financial services, and retail.
